In 2013, ROUGIER Group deployed Kyriba Treasury as its Treasury Management solution. The implementation was targeted at centralizing cash management and formalizing foreign exchange risk controls to support the Group Chief Financial Officer and the Head of Group Management Control.
Kyriba Treasury was configured to manage cash positioning, intra-group transfers and transfer pricing oversight, foreign exchange exposure tracking, and standardized treasury reporting. Functional workstreams emphasized consolidated cash visibility, automated position consolidation, exposure monitoring and repeatable reporting workflows aligned with Treasury Management practices.
The program was led by a Group Project Manager for Group Treasury Management, who also served as assistant to the Group CFO and Head of Group Management Control, driving governance changes and process consolidation. Operational scope covered group-level cash management, intra-group transfer pricing governance and FX risk oversight, with new workflows and reporting channels instituted to centralize treasury decision making.

Operational responsibility rested with the ROUGIER Group IT team in France, which centralized hosting configuration and routine maintenance workflows, focusing on managed hosting operations rather than integrations with other systems.
