In 2015 Roxtec India implemented IFS Cloud ERP to centralize ERP Financial operations within its India subsidiary. The IFS Cloud ERP deployment covered core ERP Financial modules supporting general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, taxation, payroll, fixed asset management and financial reporting.
Configuration work in IFS Cloud ERP included creation of new vendor and customer codes, creation of voucher series and accounting periods, setting user level voucher limits, and posting vouchers to ledger accounts. Finance processes executed in the system encompassed journal voucher posting, bank reconciliation, GRN linked supplier invoice booking, AR collections and aging reports, AP due management, monthly provisions for expenses, payroll payments and statutory reconciliations for ESI EPF and TDS TCS.
The deployment maintained explicit multi currency handling with SEK EURO and USD to INR exchange rate updates performed twice monthly inside IFS Cloud ERP. The finance team used IFS Cloud ERP alongside external tax software Webtel for TDS TCS workflows and maintained coexistence with Tally ERP for other accounting touchpoints, while operational workflows included preparing remittance documentation for banks and uploading statutory returns such as Form 16A and Form 16.
Governance and operational controls were enforced through IFS user management, including block and unblock of user IDs, period closing and opening by user group, and troubleshooting support for financial application issues. Routine governance extended to audit support, monthly fund flow and collection reporting to global stakeholders, and responsibility for fixed asset capitalization and month end posting discipline within IFS Cloud ERP.

In 2016, Roxtec India deployed Hotjar on its corporate website to capture user behavior and on page feedback. Hotjar was implemented as a Customer Experience application using the vendor client side script to instrument page level analytics, session recordings, and heatmaps across public web pages and digital forms. Configuration centered on sampling and targeting to control data volume and preserve site performance. The deployment supported digital marketing and web UX activities rather than internal enterprise systems.
Operational use routed Hotjar outputs to marketing and product stakeholders to inform website change requests and content optimization workflows. Governance emphasized controlled access to recordings and privacy safeguards such as anonymization of user identifiers and exclusion of sensitive input fields. The deployment remained focused on website instrumentation using Hotjar for qualitative and quantitative Customer Experience insights.
