Go1 Legacy Go1 Content Hub Learning and Development HCM n/a 2020 2021
In 2020 the Royal Hospital for Neuro-disability implemented Go1 Content Hub as a Learning and Development solution to centralize access to training across a small charity hospital that is not part of the NHS. The deployment focused on using the Go1 Content Hub library to fill immediate content needs during the pandemic while supporting the hospital's mission to care for patients with complex neuro-disabilities. The implementation was scoped by the Learning Development Manager and a compact L&D team, extending training coverage from executive leaders down to healthcare assistants, nurses, and doctors. Go1 Content Hub was configured as a primary content library for mandatory compliance learning and specialist clinical topics, with a curated set of approximately 12 mandatory training modules for regulation and legislation. The hospital used the platform to aggregate multiple delivery styles, including bite sized health and safety modules and deeper specialist content for neurorehabilitation and ventilation care, enabling subject matter experts to self‑serve relevant resources. The implementation also included planning for leadership and management development content, and the team curated playlists and module selections to match different learner preferences and clinical specialisms. Operationally the implementation redefined L&D governance, helping the department gain clearer roles and a formal seat at the organisational table, and increasing L&D involvement in training design and delivery decisions. Access to Go1 Content Hub made the team more responsive to emergent training requests during the pandemic by providing quick, up to date infection control and coronavirus related content, and it increased autonomous learning by clinicians and hospital subject matter experts. The net result reported by the hospital was broader organisational coverage of learning needs and improved capability to upskill staff and support vulnerable patients through targeted content and curated learning workflows.

Blackbaud Legacy Blackbaud Raiser Edge NXT Donor and Fundraising Management CRM n/a 2013 2013
In 2013, Royal Hospital for Neuro-disability implemented Blackbaud Raiser Edge NXT for Donor and Fundraising Management. The deployment was focused on stewarding individual and prospective donors, documenting giving patterns, and creating donor development and activity plans to support Major Donors, high net worth individuals and corporate partners. Blackbaud Raiser Edge NXT was configured to maintain constituent records and prospect profiles, capture gift and pledge transactions, and manage stewardship workflows. Configuration emphasized prospect research and pipeline management for corporate partnerships, event invitation tracking and venue prospecting, and tagging of potential legacy prospects, while templates and processes were established for tailored thank you letters and cards for significant gifts. Operational coverage extended across the fundraising team, clinical department heads, the legacy officer, trustees and marketing and communications staff. The system underpinned coordination for arranging supporter visits and tours with clinical departments, briefing trustees on cases for support, and joint content responsibilities for website and social media with Marketing and Comms, with routine updates to Blackbaud Raiser Edge NXT records and associated budget spreadsheets. Governance centered on structured prospect research and donor development processes, with shared responsibility for record updates and outreach planning between fundraising and non-clinical departments. Workflows were formalized for event invitations, corporate volunteering opportunities and trustee-facilitated introductions, with Blackbaud Raiser Edge NXT serving as the authoritative donor and activity record to support those processes.
