Royal IHC standardized master data and chart of accounts across business units, and configured multi-site transactional processing consistent with manufacturing and project-driven shipbuilding operations.
Architecturally the program preserved a middleware-led integration posture, with integrations implemented via web services and new web services built from IFS to connect the ERP to PLM, HR and CRM systems. Explicit interfaces mentioned include Teamcenter, Workday and Salesforce, and the deployment consolidated multiple databases into a central IFS Cloud ERP deployment that serves procurement, engineering, manufacturing and sales functions.
