In 2019, RTB House implemented Rydoo Expense (ex Xpenditure) as its Expense Management application to standardize employee expense processing and policy enforcement across finance functions. The deployment was scoped to support finance, controlling, and regional accounting operations within RTB House's international footprint.
Rydoo Expense (ex Xpenditure) was configured to deliver core Expense Management capabilities including mobile receipt capture, employee expense submission, multi level approval workflows, policy compliance controls, spend categorization, and standardized expense reporting. The configuration emphasized approval routing and policy enforcement to align with centralized finance controls while enabling local submission and reporting practices.
Selection and coordination of the global implementation was led by RTB House's Financial Controller for LATAM and UK, who managed the program alongside local financial controllers and accountants. Operational coverage named in program governance included UK, Brazil, and other LATAM markets across three legal entities, and APAC finance teams were incorporated under regional finance management, which supervised 5 to 7 FTEs in local teams. The rollout governance combined centralized coordination with local finance ownership to align expense processes with broader O2C, P2P, and R2R process improvements.
Deployment architecture was organized around centralized configuration with regional workflow customization to balance global policy enforcement and local compliance needs. Rydoo Expense (ex Xpenditure) functioned as the standardized Expense Management platform for RTB House, embedding expense workflows into the company finance and controlling operations.
