Aptean Legacy Exenta ERP Retail Management ERP Services and Operations n/a 2010 2010
In 2010, Rubies implemented Exenta ERP to support Retail Management across multiple international brands and companies. The deployment targeted manufacturing and merchandising operations for the 300 employee organization headquartered in the United States, extending core transactional control and master data consistency across its brand network. Configuration work concentrated on Retail Management aligned capabilities including inventory and order management, merchandising controls, and production planning workflows typical of an Exenta ERP implementation. The project included systematic application performance monitoring and testing to identify potential bottlenecks, and collaboration between internal IT staff and developers to define and implement technical solutions. Operational rollout emphasized stakeholder collaboration, with project planning, implementation and integration activities coordinated among customers, internal staff and other stakeholders. Teams worked directly with end users to surface usability gaps and prioritize refinements, and all transactions and support interactions were documented in-system to populate a knowledge base and support ongoing operational governance.
