In 2024, Rust-Oleum Belgium deployed Combo HR Employee Scheduling to address Workforce Scheduling needs across its Belgian manufacturing and distribution operations. The implementation was delivered with Evoqia as the implementation partner and focused on centralizing shift planning for production, warehouse and field service teams.
Combo HR Employee Scheduling was configured to provide core Workforce Scheduling capabilities including rule based rostering, shift templates, employee availability management, time off and swap requests, overtime controls and mobile schedule access. The deployment emphasized configurable schedule templates, automated roster generation and notification workflows to support day to day shift assignment and exceptions handling.
The technical footprint was established as a centrally managed Combo HR instance, provisioned for role based access and multi site roster administration, with configuration to align shop floor shift patterns and HR approval gates. Evoqia led implementation tasks that included system configuration, user role modeling, template design and end user training to operationalize scheduling processes.
Governance was structured with HR owning schedule policy and approvals, while operations teams retained responsibility for tactical rostering and daily exceptions. The rollout approach used phased adoption across core production and warehouse teams to align operational processes and training with live scheduling use.
