In 2013, Safety National implemented ADP Enterprise eTIME (OEM Kronos Workforce Central) for Time and Attendance to centralize time capture and scheduling across the organization. The deployment was positioned to support time collection, shift scheduling, and downstream export for payroll and HR processing within the ADP Enterprise eTIME environment.
ADP Enterprise eTIME (OEM Kronos Workforce Central) was configured for core time and attendance functions, including time entry validation, schedule management, and reporting. The implementation included configuration work for PeopleSoft to receive time and attendance data for payroll and HR workflows, and Active Directory was used for user provisioning, add modify user actions, and password resets. Support scope extended to desktop and laptop operating system environments, Microsoft Office, VPN connectivity, Outlook troubleshooting, and mobile device configuration for iOS and Android.
Governance and quality assurance were formalized through QA and UAT testing cycles that validated processes, procedures, workflows, and data owner accuracy against design specifications. Project teams collaborated across development, business intelligence, project management, and business users to build data maps and segregation of duties workflows, and to maintain customer support and operations documentation.
Operational support responsibility covered production technical support for approximately 350 internal and external end users, addressing ADP and Kronos WFC Time and Attendance application configuration, PeopleSoft configuration issues, printer and connectivity troubleshooting, and step by step resolution guidance for user questions and problems.

Implementation work focused on InfoCenter data ingestion, schema alignment for insurance operational reporting, and BI-ready extracts to support cross-functional analytics.
The deployment integrated Guidewire InfoCenter with Guidewire BillingCenter and Guidewire DataHub, with DataHub providing the persistent event and batch feeds used to populate InfoCenter and BillingCenter supplying financial and billing transaction records. Operational scope covered claims, finance and underwriting teams across Safety National's United States operations, consolidating analytics sources into a single Data Warehouse layer.
Program governance was led by Ernst & Young LLP in coordination with Safety National IT and business stakeholders, and the solution was estimated to have gone live around 2018 as a phase of the broader core transformation. Rollout and stabilization were aligned with cross-departmental process updates and reporting standardization to support ongoing analytics use.
