The platform provides minute level updates on assets and work orders back to the facilities team, enabling centralized decision making and provider selection through the Scout capability which is included with ServiceChannel subscriptions. Governance changes centered on standardizing asset tagging, defining asset level KPIs, and formalizing provider evaluation and contracting approaches to drive consistency across clubs. Explicit outcomes reported include $235K in annual savings by replacing three providers in three markets through Scout provider optimization, and a 38 percent increase in first time completion rates, supporting improved operational efficiency, cost control, and more forward looking FM program oversight.
