In 2016 Santander Consumer Bank Poland implemented CODIX iMX Debt Collection as part of a broader CODIX iMX deployment supporting auto finance and consumer lending operations. Santander Consumer Bank Poland deployed CODIX iMX Debt Collection for Debt Collection and Recovery to support collections and the end to end lending lifecycle across its Polish operations and joint venture activities with Peugeot Finance Bank.
The implementation established CODIX iMX as an ERP and service platform covering lending, contract management, and CRM and finance processes. CODIX iMX Debt Collection was configured to operate alongside core lending modules, with collections capabilities applied to account management, delinquency workflows and case handling to close the lending lifecycle within a single platform.
Operational scope focused on Poland and on auto finance and consumer lending lines of business, consolidating lending administration and collections in one system. The deployment unified contract administration, customer relationship workflows and finance posting in the same CODIX iMX environment, reducing functional fragmentation between lending and collections processes.
Governance concentrated on centralizing lending lifecycle controls under CODIX iMX and aligning collections procedures with existing credit operations. The implementation streamlined lending operations and supported system consolidation as part of the bank’s platform rationalization and operational standardization efforts.
