Sberbank offers the widest selection of banking services for retail customers: from traditional deposits and various types of loans to bank cards, money transfers, bank insurance, and brokerage services.
Scope and Challenges
Sberbank has selected SAP SuccessFactors solutions to manage its workforce of 230,000 employees, marking the largest completed cloud project in Russia.
Using SAP SuccessFactors the cloud-based HR software plans to unit all Russia-based employees of the bank in a single digital space, creating a single internal labor force.
Outcome and Implications
The scale of the bank's business opens up broad prospects for its employees for development, professional and career growth. Sberbank and SAP have completed a major HR digital transformation project for the bank, based on SAP SuccessFactors cloud solution, in a move to improve the quality of the bank’s personnel management processes, in accordance with its 2020 transformation strategy.
