In 2007, SchwoererHaus Germany implemented IBM Content Navigator as the frontend to IBM Content Manager to create a digital customer file. TIMETOACT Group Germany led delivery of the IBM Content Navigator frontend in Germany, producing around 25,000 house files and enabling steady daily use by approximately 250 employees for customer-facing and project documentation processes. The deployment is categorized under Content Management and serves as the primary user interface for content access and case file orchestration.
Implementation scope included front-end configuration of IBM Content Navigator, repository linkage to IBM Content Manager, and ingestion pipelines for documents originating from Office, SAP ArchiveLink, CAD systems and enterprise scanning. The solution standardized customer file structures and operational workflows across customer service and project documentation teams, supporting a largely paperless office for roughly 41,000 customers. Governance and rollout were led by TIMETOACT, with ongoing daily operational use by staff and continued content creation within the Content Management environment.
