Sea World also maintained operational processes for drug screening of current employees as part of the employment lifecycle, using ADP Recruiting to surface compliance checkpoints and candidate status through to hire.
Operational ownership rested with Talent Acquisition and HR, with hiring managers and operations teams across parks executing structured employment processes through ADP Recruiting and the proprietary ATS. Governance changes focused on standardizing interview templates, decision escalation gates and compliance documentation workflows for I9s and background checks, embedding those checkpoints into recruiting and onboarding flows.
