Ascender Legacy Ascender Preceda Payroll Payroll HCM n/a 2012 2012
In 2012, Secure Parking implemented Ascender Preceda Payroll. The Ascender Preceda Payroll application was deployed as the company Payroll system to standardize pay processing across its regional operations. The implementation configured core payroll engine capabilities typical of enterprise Payroll systems, including pay rule configuration, scheduled pay runs, tax and superannuation calculation, payroll reporting and compliance controls. Configuration work focused on mapping complex pay conditions and rostering inputs into repeatable payroll processing workflows and automated payroll calculation routines. Ascender Preceda Payroll was integrated with Secure Parking HR and workforce planning systems, specifically Peoplestreme and the Human Force workforce planning system, enabling an end to end HR to payroll data flow for employee records, time and attendance and rostered hours. Operational coverage extended across Secure Parking markets in Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and Singapore, affecting People and Culture teams and centralized payroll operations. The rollout supported a broader program of process and governance change, including outsourcing of UK New Zealand and Australian payroll and lifting payroll processing offshore, People and Culture audit and governance reform across Australia and New Zealand, and the establishment of a B2B partner strategy. Ascender Preceda Payroll served as the technical backbone for these payroll outsourcing and governance initiatives.
