Configuration work included automation of standard posting routines, invoice posting workflows and month end financial close sequences to standardize accounting practices across the Senai site. AG ICT Services provisioned implementation resources, established a support portal and staffed a technical team to provide ongoing application support and IT outsourcing services for Seiko Denki. Operational governance was instituted through the Technical Director who oversaw procurement, team hiring and the handover of operational support, creating a service and support pathway between the manufacturing site and the SI while keeping financial operations centralized within Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
