In 2020, SendinBlue deployed Lever by Employ as its Applicant Tracking System. The Lever by Employ instance is embedded on SendinBlue's website to capture external applications and feed candidate records directly into the recruiting platform.
The implementation uses core Applicant Tracking System capabilities, including centralized job posting management, applicant intake forms, configurable candidate pipelines, interview scheduling and structured candidate profiles. Lever by Employ was configured to standardize application routing, automate notifications to recruiting teams and maintain unified candidate records to support ongoing hiring workflows.
Operational ownership resides with SendinBlue's recruiting and HR teams, with hiring managers across internal teams accessing candidate information in Lever. Governance emphasis centered on workflow configuration and role based access controls, while the website embedding creates a direct data flow from public job listings into the Applicant Tracking System.

| Dataiku | Legacy | Dataiku Data Science Studio (DSS) | ML and Data Science Platforms | AI Development | n/a | 2017 | 2017 |
In 2017, SendinBlue implemented Dataiku Data Science Studio (DSS) to automate and scale its customer validation workflow, using the application within the ML and Data Science Platforms category. The implementation addressed strict opt in rules for uploaded contact lists, including recency of contact, unsubscribe capability, and message relevance, requirements that previously forced a manual review process and constrained growth.
SendinBlue built an automated classification pipeline in Dataiku Data Science Studio (DSS) that leverages historical telemetry from more than 1 billion emails and associated events, thousands of blocked accounts, and hundreds of fraud criteria. The deployed solution implements automated labeling of new accounts as good, bad, or uncertain, and a credibility scoring algorithm that factors sending volume and contact-level scores. The first production model iteration used a Random Forest classifier and achieved an 83 percent precision rate on email address classification.
Deployment and operational logic were embedded as a production data product inside Dataiku, enabling rapid design, testing, and rollout in under three months and allowing automated decisioning to either block, validate, or route accounts to customer care for manual review. The initiative began as a staged rollout handling 24 percent of new accounts and expanded to cover the majority of incoming accounts as model confidence and coverage increased. Dataiku was used to handle diverse large datasets and to operationalize model scoring and data pipelines.
Operationally the implementation restructured the global validation workflow by shifting routine account vetting from manual teams to an automated, model-driven process that interfaces with customer care for exceptions. The analytics initiative reduced manual workload by the equivalent of one full time job, shortened validation delays for customers, and improved SendinBlue s email reputation by increasing validation accuracy. The relationship between SendinBlue, Dataiku Data Science Studio (DSS), ML and Data Science Platforms, and the validation business function is centered on scalable automated fraud detection and production model orchestration.
SendinBlue communicated plans to iterate on detection algorithms to address evolving fraudulent behavior, positioning the Dataiku Data Science Studio (DSS) deployment as a platform for continuous model refinement and real time assistance to customers while they use SendinBlue.
