The operational scope included referral intake, scheduling, staffing, and clinician mobile documentation, and the case study records that from March through August 2020 Serenity served 277 patients via Axxess CARE and doubled revenue outcomes while expanding geographic coverage. Governance and rollout were oriented to align scheduling, referral acceptance, and clinical documentation processes, centralizing referral triage and visit assignment to support growth in new service areas. The deployment emphasized consolidating intake and EMR workflows under Axxess Home Care to improve operational coordination between administrative staff and field clinicians.
