The deployment centralized Benefits Administration for California-based operations, establishing a single administrative locus for medical, dental, vision, and disability enrollments.
iSolved Benefits was configured to provide core benefits enrollment and administration capabilities alongside payroll linkage and consolidated time and HR workflows. Configuration work automated enrollment workflows for medical, dental, vision and disability benefits, reduced manual enrollment tasks, and standardized benefit election data flowing between HR and payroll modules.
Rollout emphasized central administration and process standardization across HR and payroll functions to support growth and ongoing benefits administration. Governance focused on a unified enrollment administration model that improved HR efficiency and operational control while automating routine benefits enrollment tasks.
