Governance and process controls were structured around recruiting operations, with role based access for recruiters and hiring managers, system enforced applicant workflow stages, and data capture standards to ensure consistent candidate routing and disposition. The Epicor HCM applicant tracking configuration aligns recruiting activities with Core HR records to enable orderly handoff into employee records when hires are made.
