Project governance prioritized an accelerated cutover, the project team addressing a readiness window under three months compared with a typical five to six month timeline. The accelerated rollout required condensed configuration, testing and cross-department coordination across engineering, production, planning, procurement and finance, and the go-live target was met through focused team execution.
