In 2018, Shoetown Indonesia implemented Oracle E-Business Suite as an ERP Financial solution, going live for PT Shoetown Ligung Indonesia on 5 February 2018. The deployment targeted integrated operational support across manufacturing, planning, procurement, inventory and finance to align with the company vision for expanded production and export growth.
The implementation was kicked off on 13 November 2017 and was delivered by the Metrodata team with involvement from Mitra Integrasi Informatika. Implemented modules include Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning, Oracle Discrete Manufacturing covering BOM, ENG, WIP and QA, Oracle Order Management, Oracle Purchasing, Oracle Inventory, Oracle Cost Management, Oracle Enterprise Asset Management, and Oracle Financials including General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Fixed Asset and Cash Management.
Architecturally the Oracle E-Business Suite rollout was positioned as an integrated ERP Financial and manufacturing backbone, connecting Engineering to Production workflows, Production to Cost accounting, Order to Cash and Procure to Pay cycles, and Asset Lifecycle Management to Financial and Accounting functions. Functional coverage emphasized discrete manufacturing transactions, supply chain planning, inventory valuation and end-to-end financial postings to General Ledger.
Project governance prioritized an accelerated cutover, the project team addressing a readiness window under three months compared with a typical five to six month timeline. The accelerated rollout required condensed configuration, testing and cross-department coordination across engineering, production, planning, procurement and finance, and the go-live target was met through focused team execution.
