In 2025 Sibbing Netherlands implemented ANVA Hub as its Insurance Policy Administration solution to centralize customer and policy records. Emixa delivered an iPaaS integration design in April 2025 and executed the integration with a go live in July 2025.
The deployment centered on ANVA Hub for core policy administration and a consolidated customer master, with configuration to support policy lifecycle workflows and documented customer relationship data. Configuration emphasized consolidation of customer and policy entities to eliminate duplication and establish authoritative policy and contact records.
A dedicated iPaaS layer integrated AFAS with ANVA Hub, providing a single source of truth for policy and customer data and orchestrating data exchanges between HR and policy administration domains. Emixa implemented the integration logic and mappings, implementing identity resolution and synchronization routines to align records across systems.
Operational scope covered Sibbing Netherlands insurance policy administration and customer service functions across its Dutch operations, affecting underwriting and policy servicing workflows. Project governance followed a design phase in April 2025 and a phased go live in July 2025 led by Emixa, with outcomes including removal of duplicated data and creation of a single source of truth.
