Governance and process changes accompanied the technical implementation, with updates to standard operating procedures and Material Data Safety Sheets, and establishment and control of a HACCP system for the whole winery. Operational coverage included laboratory operations, cellar and bottling quality control, harvest monitoring and procurement, consolidating traceability and quality workflows within the Agriculture ERP.
