In 2016, Sinvent implemented Microsoft 365 to provide cloud-hosted productivity and team collaboration capabilities. The Microsoft 365 deployment directly addresses the organization's Collaboration requirements and is referenced on Sinvent's website, indicating public tenancy links or published service identifiers for the cloud subscription. The initiative targeted a Norway-based government organization of approximately 10 employees, focusing on core business functions such as IT operations, administration, and internal communications.
Configuration emphasized standard Microsoft 365 modules, including Exchange Online for email, SharePoint and OneDrive for document management and content collaboration, and Microsoft Teams for real-time meetings and messaging, aligning Microsoft 365 Collaboration with operational workflows. Architecture was proportionate to a small entity, centered on a cloud tenancy model with role-based access controls, centralized account provisioning and permission governance to control user access and file sharing. Governance workstream items included formalizing provisioning and permissions workflows and applying cloud-native compliance controls, and the presence of Microsoft 365 references on the Sinvent website suggests integration points for authentication or service links between public pages and the tenant.

In 2020 Sinvent deployed Optimizely Search & Navigation (ex Episerver Find) as an Application, Web and Enterprise Search solution to support website content search and navigation. The deployment focused on embedding the Optimizely Search & Navigation search layer into the public site to provide relevance tuned search, autocomplete, and faceted navigation for end users.
The implementation centered on standard search capabilities including indexed content pipelines, relevance tuning and query pipeline configuration, autocomplete and suggestions, synonym management, and search analytics for iterative tuning. Optimizely Search & Navigation (ex Episerver Find) was configured to index published website content on a regular cadence and expose search results via the product APIs and front end search components to power on-site discovery.
Operational ownership was aligned to content and communications functions with editorial governance for relevance adjustments, synonyms, and tagging to control indexing. Rollout followed an iterative tuning approach with staged testing on the public site, and ongoing use of built in search analytics to inform query and relevance refinements.

In 2015, Sinvent implemented Google Tag Manager on its public website. The deployment used Google Tag Manager as the primary Tag Management platform to centralize client side tag orchestration and enable standardized event capture for web analytics and digital engagement. This implementation established a single container based approach for page level and event level instrumentation.
The Google Tag Manager container was configured with structured data layer conventions, reusable variables, trigger definitions, and modular tag templates to reduce inline scripting and streamline updates. Functional capabilities implemented include tag orchestration, conditional firing logic, load sequencing controls, and workspace versioning to support iterative publishing and safe rollbacks. Google Tag Manager was configured to map data layer attributes to variables and to standardize event context for downstream analytics consumption.
Operational ownership was assigned to a small cross functional team spanning web operations and communications, with role based container access and a publish approval workflow managed inside Google Tag Manager. Governance relied on workspace separation, version history, and naming conventions to control rollouts and audit changes. Sinvent continues to use Google Tag Manager for Tag Management of its website instrumentation.
