In 2025, SIOG implemented Booking Master Hotel PMS, deploying it as a Hotel Property Management solution to power the online accommodation portal for the SIOG 2025 Advanced Course in Treviso, Italy. The Booking Master Hotel PMS supported the reservations/accommodation process area and handled individual and group delegate hotel reservations and payments for the Europe event.
The implementation centralized booking workflows and configured reservation management and group booking capabilities alongside automated payment processing and event-facing reporting. Booking Master Hotel PMS was configured to manage online delegate self-service bookings, group allocations and consolidated payment handling, improving the delegate booking experience.
Operational coverage concentrated on event operations, registration and finance, with the system managing reservations, payments and organizer reporting for the Treviso event. The deployment was scoped to the SIOG 2025 Advanced Course in Italy and operated across the event lifecycle from accommodation provisioning through payment reconciliation.
Governance was event scoped with process centralization for organizer operations and reporting, and rollout focused on the single 2025 event. Explicit outcomes reported include centralized booking, automated payment processing and an improved delegate booking experience, which streamlined organizer operations and reporting for the 2025 event.
