The deployment was scoped to the SIOG 2025 Advanced Course in Italy and operated across the event lifecycle from accommodation provisioning through payment reconciliation. Governance was event scoped with process centralization for organizer operations and reporting, and rollout focused on the single 2025 event. Explicit outcomes reported include centralized booking, automated payment processing and an improved delegate booking experience, which streamlined organizer operations and reporting for the 2025 event.
