In 2022 SirionLabs deployed Visdum Sales Compensation to automate sales compensation for its Finance and RevOps teams across the United States. The engagement began in June 2022 and went live by Q3 2022, covering 75 commissioned sellers and establishing the production timeline for the program.
The implementation used Visdum Sales Compensation to centralize commission calculation, automate payout workflows, and deliver transaction-level reporting and visibility. Configuration emphasized rule-based commission logic, scheduled payout processing, and role-based dashboards for finance and revenue operations, aligning application behavior with operational pay rules and audit requirements. Visdum Sales Compensation, as an Incentive Compensation Management solution, served as the core engine for commission administration.
Integration with Salesforce was implemented as the primary data source for bookings, opportunity and quota information, enabling automated calculations and reconciliation against CRM records. Operational coverage focused on Finance and RevOps teams across the US, with the system providing 100% visibility for the 75 commissioned sellers. Data flows from Salesforce into Visdum Sales Compensation created an auditable chain from sales activity to commission outcomes.
Governance and process changes centralized incentive administration within Finance and Revenue Operations and standardized approval workflows to support more rapid validation and payout cycles. The rollout sequence from June to Q3 2022 comprised configuration, testing and cutover to live payout processing under the new Incentive Compensation Management framework. Reported outcomes include a reduction in the commission payout window from 15 days to 3 days while enabling 100% visibility across the commissioned seller population.
