Access controls were scoped so the CEO can view full financials while individual cost centre managers see only the KPIs relevant to their area, and auditors were granted dedicated logins with time stamped audit trails to streamline evidence access. Governance and workflow transformation focused on automated expense approvals, embedded control testing, and tighter budget to actual linkage to improve accountability. As a result of the ERP Financial deployment, SiteMinder reduced month end close time by 50 percent, reduced manual integrations and reconciliation effort, and shifted finance capacity toward strategic analysis and faster decision making.
