In 2017, Skechers South Asia Private Limited implemented Vin eRetail Order and Inventory Management to centralize retail order processing and inventory control for its India operations. The implementation included a custom reconciliation platform developed by the Vinculum Solutions project team led by Amit Mohan with contributions from Rishab Patre and Harshad Vagdoda, with program-level stakeholder engagement from Sumit Karranji in sales and Sachin Borakhade in IT. Configuration work focused on mapping order and inventory flows into Vin eRetail Order and Inventory Management, establishing automated reconciliation capabilities, and instrumenting operational reporting to support store and supply chain workflows.
Governance was driven by an internal IT sponsor and the Vinculum Solutions delivery team, which maintained ongoing outreach and handover to Skechers IT for operational ownership. The project is described as a successful implementation and includes the bespoke reconciliation component as a lasting change to order to cash and inventory accounting processes.
