| FIS Global | Legacy | FIS GETPAID | AR Automation | ERP | n/a | 2016 | 2016 |
In 2016 Sky deployed FIS GETPAID to address accounts receivable workflows and strengthen AR Automation across its credit management and collections teams. The implementation positioned FIS GETPAID as the system of record for dispute and customer management activities, making it the first point of contact for customer queries while centralizing cash collection, allocation, and processing tasks.
Configuration work emphasized dispute process management, dunning and aged debt management, refund process management, and B2B customer management workflows. FIS GETPAID was configured to capture and manage dispute lifecycles, to orchestrate dunning sequences and to produce the reporting artifacts required for filing and audit, with modules supporting cash application and allocation rules.
The deployment integrated FIS GETPAID with Sky operational processes and with SAP for transactional and master data alignment, reflecting prior experience with GetPaid and SAP. Operational coverage included credit management, collections, and customer service teams, and the solution supported liaison activity with an external network of business partners for dispute resolution and collection escalation.
Governance focused on process ownership for dispute resolution and reporting, with teams accountable for creating, updating, and filing associated reports and for resolving issues in the collections process. The implementation embedded functional controls for refund approvals and dispute escalation, and formalized the role of collections as the primary interface for B2B customer queries and credit decision workflows.

In 2013 Sky deployed GetThere as its Business Travel Site to centralize corporate travel booking and enforce travel policy controls within the Travel Management function. GetThere was positioned to support Sky’s travel booking, approvals and itinerary management workflows across the company’s expense lifecycle.
The implementation emphasized core Travel Management capabilities, including online booking and fare shopping, role based approval workflows, itinerary consolidation and auditing features that align with expense management processes. Configuration work focused on approval matrices and booking controls to align with corporate travel policy and the operational routines of the expenses team.
Operationally GetThere was used alongside JDE OneWorld and Captura within the expenses and finance environment, and day to day use touched corporate credit card administration, petty cash reconciliation and employee travel claim processing. The expenses department handled inputting claims, employee queries and audit tasks while referencing itineraries and booking records from GetThere.
Governance centered on embedding booking approvals into existing expense audit workflows and formalizing the administration of corporate cards and petty cash within the Travel Management process. Rollout and operational ownership remained within finance and the expenses function, supporting employee travel queries, claims processing and audit controls without documented changes to external implementation partners.
