| iSolved | Legacy | iSolved Payroll Services | PEO (Professional Employer Organization) | Professional Services | n/a | 2023 | 2023 | In 2023 Skyline Center implemented iSolved Payroll Services under the PEO (Professional Employer Organization) category to remove manual payroll administration and centralize employee HR workflows. The nonprofit serves Americans with disabilities and employs approximately 140 staff with one primary location and more than sixty employees who operate regularly in the field, creating a need for mobile access to payroll and HR functions. The deployment used iSolved People Cloud capabilities to operationalize payroll processing, automated tax and liability calculations, time and attendance capture, and employee self-service for scheduling and time-off requests. iSolved Payroll Services was configured to replace paper timecards and manual entry workflows, and the organization subsequently added Adaptive Employee Experience features to manage hiring, employee records, and offboarding in a single system. Operational coverage extended to HR and payroll functions across the organization, enabling employees on the road to manage schedules and personal information from anywhere via the cloud-hosted People Cloud. Prior to adopting iSolved Payroll Services, Skyline Center relied on manual timecards and used OSAS for HR, which contributed to missed or incomplete weekly payroll submissions. Governance and process changes included centralizing payroll execution into a few-click, integrated payroll workflow and shifting routine HR tasks to employee self-service, which reduced HR administrative touchpoints. Skyline Center standardized a single login and consolidated employment lifecycle activities within one platform to simplify approvals and scheduling workflows. Outcomes stated by the organization include consistent on-time payroll processing and reduced administrative burden, enabling staff to focus more on the nonprofit mission. The case study reports that isolved People Cloud functionality and iSolved Payroll Services contributed to administrative cost reductions and cites a potential reduction in administration costs of more than $145,000 over a three year period. |
