In 2012 Snow King Resort Hotel implemented Maestro PMS for Hotel Property Management. The resort is operated by Benchmark Hospitality International and the engagement formed part of Benchmark's cloud computing strategy, with Benchmark implementing Maestro Cloud to centralize front office, reservations and owner services. Snow King deployed Maestro PMS with a focus on resort capabilities, installing Maestro Front Office (PMS), Condo and Owner Management, ResWave Online Booking Engine, Yield Management, and Travel Agency modules. Configuration emphasized condo owner administration, integrated online booking flows, and revenue management rules aligned to seasonal ski resort demand. The implementation established interfaces to point of sale systems, C-RES mobile apps, call accounting, in room entertainment and other property systems to enable end to end data flow between front desk, reservations, revenue management and owner relations. Operational coverage placed Maestro PMS at the center of distribution, reservations, front desk operations and owner accounting for the property. Benchmark noted Maestro's cloud capabilities allowed rapid establishment of interfaces and a smooth installation, and Benchmark implemented Maestro Cloud to improve ROI for owners. Maestro PMS thus functioned as a unified Hotel Property Management platform for Snow King, consolidating front office, booking, owner management and yield management capabilities.
