The deployment uses SAP S/4HANA Cloud as a cloud only SaaS ERP architecture to standardize cloud financial operations and governance. Integration scope explicitly includes SAP Concur and leverages Softinsa's position as an IBM subsidiary together with SAP Platinum Partner experience, which the internal project team draws on for certification and implementation expertise. Governance and rollout are being managed internally by Softinsa's SAP consultants, positioned to capture implementation knowledge for replication with new customers.
