| Oracle | Legacy | Oracle E-Business Suite | ERP Financial | ERP Financial Management | n/a | 2012 | 2012 |
In 2012, Soitec implemented Oracle E-Business Suite as an ERP Financial solution and executed a migration of its ERP into the Oracle Cloud, deploying Oracle E-Business Suite R12.1.3 as the core application platform. The cloud deployment consolidated 100% of business applications into cloud hosting while keeping industrial production applications on Soitec premises, preserving on site control for production systems linked to manufacturing operations.
The program included the establishment of a dedicated functional and technical support model delivered as TMA, with Lojelis operating as the application management provider. The TMA scope covered application operation, incident management, and release activity, with explicit commitments around SLA targets, autonomy to manage the ERP closing process, and a ticket handling objective that placed 90% of ERP incidents under Lojelis responsibility.
Integration and operational coverage focused on opening interfaces for system connections and APIs, while maintaining continuous production availability, production runs 24 hours a day. The migration required a constrained outage strategy to limit ERP downtime to six hours for cutover, using data copy procedures and tuned configuration changes to accelerate the transition and preserve production transaction continuity, including end of line packaging workflows that depend on the ERP.
Governance and service delivery emphasized vendor product expertise, the ability to mobilize subject matter experts for logistics, warehouse management and taxation, and collaboration with Digora on hosting and infrastructure. Lojelis staffed the engagement from multiple French sites and combined remote delivery with periodic onsite workshops to align teams and operational processes, reinforcing SLA governance and handover responsibilities.
Reported operational outcomes included reduced daily support burden on Soitec’s small internal team, improved quality of development and delivery under the TMA, and fulfillment of the defined SLA and autonomy objectives with satisfaction from Soitec stakeholders. Oracle E-Business Suite continued to serve as the ERP Financial backbone while the TMA model enabled ongoing functional and technical support for core business processes.

In 2013, Soitec implemented Oracle Taleo Cloud Service to manage external hiring and applicant tracking. Oracle Taleo Recruiting Cloud Service is exposed on Soitec's careers website as the public ATS. The deployment is categorized under Recruiting,Applicant Tracking System and supports Soitec's talent acquisition function.
The implementation focused on standard recruiting modules, including job requisition management, career site job posting, candidate profile ingestion and application tracking, interview scheduling and offer workflow configuration. The instance was provisioned as a cloud-hosted Oracle SaaS service and configured to surface job listings through the hosted career site URL.
Operational ownership is held by Soitec human resources and talent acquisition teams, with administrator and recruiter roles controlling requisition approvals and candidate status workflows. Candidate intake is centralized through the public career site, and recruitment process governance was aligned to candidate data handling and privacy workflows.

| IBM | Legacy | IBM SiView | Manufacturing Execution System | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2011 | 2012 |
In 2011, Soitec implemented IBM SiView as a Manufacturing Execution System to standardize shop floor execution across its facilities. The initial deployment targeted a common solution for Factory Scheduling and Factory Dashboarding, with alignment across the two primary production sites in Singapore and France.
The implementation of IBM SiView centered on Factory Scheduling and Factory Dashboarding modules, configured to support production sequencing, real time production visibility, and operational KPIs on the shop floor. A MES business API was architected and followed through implementation, providing an application layer in front of both IBM SiView and the Promis MES to expose scheduling and dashboard services to downstream consumers.
Integrations emphasize a dual-MES operational model, where the MES business API federates data and transactions between SiView and Promis and orchestrates shop floor execution workflows. Operational coverage included manufacturing operations, production planning, and manufacturing IT functions at the two regional sites, with the IBM SiView instance providing core execution, data collection, and dashboard feeds.
Governance activities focused on architecture definition and ongoing follow-up, including alignment of common dashboarding standards and scheduling rules across sites. The engagement also included architecture advisory to define replacement paths or modernization for new or obsolete systems, and ongoing oversight to ensure the MES business API and IBM SiView implementations remained consistent with operational requirements.
