The combined Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and SCM footprint provided a flexible architecture for cross functional processes between finance, supply chain and operations, and enabled integration points for downstream operational systems through platform services.
Governance changes included centralized financial process controls, standardized month end and close procedures, and role based access modeled within Oracle Cloud ERP to support auditability and compliance. Outcomes reported include real time insights, greater operational efficiency and scalability to support future growth, with the implementation scoped to support SolarEdges global manufacturing and smart energy business functions.
