Pronto Software Legacy Pronto XI ERP ERP Financial ERP ABT Group 2016 2016
In 2016, Sonic Innovations Australia implemented Pronto XI ERP as its enterprise ERP Financial platform to consolidate retail and back office processes across its hearing care operations. The deployment centered on Pronto XI ERP configured to support inventory, manufacturing, financials, distribution and retail workflows, with ABT Group engaged to deliver a customised Hearing Retail System module that integrated directly with Pronto XI. ABT Group developed and configured a Hearing Retail System that exposed customer and transaction data in a single Customer Data screen, and retained use of Pronto XI ERP standard modules while applying targeted modifications to meet retail requirements. Functional capabilities implemented include branch sales entry, stock visibility and replenishment, service call tracking, sales invoicing and cash management, trial and satisfaction tracking for fitted hearing aids, and retail battery sales tracking. Integrations were explicit and operationally focused, ABT integrated Call Centre customer information and telemarketing campaign linkage into Pronto XI ERP so fulfillment and renewal workflows route to appropriate local branches automatically. Electronic government e-claims processing was centralized, claims submission and exception handling were reconciled directly into Pronto XI, and branch-level standalone databases were replaced by real time visibility into Pronto XI inventory, purchasing and debtors records across 48 retail branches and more than 100 visiting sites. Governance and rollout were collaborative, ABT Group functioned as an extension of Sonic IT and handled national training through one on one and group sessions delivered via Webex and NetMeeting. The program centralized sales invoice processing, cash reconciliation and e-claim workflows into Pronto XI ERP, and introduced a campaign link and call history visibility to align telemarketing, Customer Service Officers and branch staff around unified customer records. The implemented solution increased visibility, streamlined previously cumbersome manual processes and delivered reported savings, with branch feedback described as uniformly positive. Sonic reported improved customer service and more profitable retail operations following the Pronto XI ERP and ABT Hearing Retail System integration.

Pronto Software Legacy Pronto XI Manufacturing Manufacturing ERP ERP Services and Operations ABT Group 2016 2016
In 2016, Sonic Innovations Australia implemented Pronto XI Manufacturing as part of a Manufacturing ERP deployment to address fragmented retail operations across its national network. The engagement was delivered with ABT Group developing a customised Hearing Retail System to integrate retail workflows with Pronto, addressing a footprint of over 48 retail branches and more than 100 visiting sites in Australia. The implementation configured Pronto XI Manufacturing alongside core Pronto ERP modules including Inventory, Manufacturing, Financials, Distribution, accounting, purchasing and sales order entry. ABT Group leveraged standard Pronto functionality while introducing product modifications and a single Customer Data screen so branch staff can view and enter customer, sales and service information from one interface. The Hearing Retail System module tracks fitted hearing aids on satisfaction trial, retail battery sales, stock replenishment and service call workflows. Integration work centralized transactional processes, moving daily sales invoice posting, cash management and electronic claim submission into Pronto for direct reconciliation. The solution integrated with the Office of Hearing Services electronic claim facility workflow so claims are submitted and errors can be actioned centrally rather than at each branch. ABT also integrated the organisation's new Customer Call Centre with Pronto so telemarketing campaign links, fulfillment assignments and call histories are visible in branch screens. Governance and rollout included national one on one and group training delivered via WebEx and NetMeeting, and an operating model where ABT Group worked as an extension of Sonic Innovations IT. Branch feedback was reported as positive, and Sonic stated the new Pronto XI Manufacturing and Hearing Retail System increased visibility, streamlined processes and delivered savings while improving customer service and campaign traceability.
