Office Choice | Retail | 110 | $11M | Australia | Pronto Software | Pronto XI Distribution | Supply Chain Management | 2016 |
In 2016, Office Choice implemented Pronto XI Distribution as a Supply Chain Management solution in a coordinated national roll out across its Dealer Group. The implementation covered the full Dealer network supporting more than 130 Office Choice dealers, spanning B2B warehouse operations through to small retail shop formats, and was delivered with ABT Group as the reseller and implementation partner.
The Pronto XI Distribution deployment included core modules such as Pronto POS, Sales Orders, Inventory, Purchasing, Financials and Supplier Catalogue, and was delivered with the fully integrated Commerce Vision eCommerce system. Configuration emphasized order processing, inventory accuracy, dispatch workflows and concurrent user licensing, with several dealers indicating plans to extend usage to CRM functionality available within the Pronto Xi ecosystem.
ABT Group provided consulting, support, development and hosting as part of the solution stack, and helped Office Choice establish a repeatable cutover process and a train the trainer approach that enabled head office to cascade training to individual dealers. The Commerce Vision eCommerce integration was implemented as a fully integrated channel to capture web orders directly into the Pronto XI Distribution transactional flow, improving order integration from web channels into back office fulfillment.
As part of the program Office Choice discontinued further development of their internally developed ChoiceBMS and centralized operational workflows into Pronto XI Distribution, enabling more consistent access to information and standardized processing disciplines across dealers. Dealer feedback reported improved efficiencies in order processing and dispatch, stronger supply chain accuracy and positive point of sale experiences, and overall reception from dealers has been described as very positive with several dealers adopting additional modules.

Office Choice | Retail | 110 | $11M | Australia | Pronto Software | Pronto POS | Point Of Sale | 2016 |
In 2016 Office Choice Australia, working with reseller ABT Group, implemented Pronto POS as part of a national roll-out of the Pronto Xi enterprise software across its Dealer Group. The deployment delivered Pronto POS Point Of Sale functionality alongside a centrally governed Pronto Xi platform that was provisioned for more than 130 dealers across Australia, covering a mix of B2B warehouse operations and retail shop front environments.
Pronto POS was configured as the front-end checkout and customer interaction module, implemented together with Sales Orders, Inventory, Purchasing, Financials and Supplier Catalogue modules within Pronto Xi. The implementation preserved concurrent user pricing and included configuration to automate order processing workflows and dispatch routines, and several dealers signaled intent to add CRM functionality from the same Pronto Xi suite.
The solution was delivered as a unified Pronto Xi architecture with the Commerce Vision eCommerce system integrated into the ERP, enabling web orders to flow into order processing and POS workflows. ABT Group provided the reseller total solution which included support, consulting, development and hosting services, and the technical approach emphasized a single integrated data model to improve inventory visibility and order accuracy across the Dealer Group.
ABT Group established a repeatable cutover methodology for rolling out sites, and Office Choice used head office training delivered by ABT to implement a train the trainer model for dealers. Implementation governance centered on standardized configuration templates and a controlled go-live process which dealers reported as straightforward, with staff adoption noted as faster than expected.
Dealers reported explicit operational benefits from the Pronto Xi deployment, including efficiencies in processing and dispatching stationery orders, improved access to decision-critical information, easier point of sale transactions and visible supply chain improvements and order accuracy. Office Choice discontinued further development of its internally developed ChoiceBMS in favor of Pronto Xi, and feedback from dealers has been strongly positive with several planning additional module adoption.
