The implementation operated alongside RSS for petroleum order entry and integrated operational reconciliation with Mag Express to resolve invoicing discrepancies, with documented resolution flows between Mag Express and Merchant Ag to maintain accurate billing. Operational coverage spanned credit, dispatch, retail operations, inventory management, social services billing for local Energy Assistance Programs, and technical service dispatch at site level. Governance and process changes included a customer file cleanup project following the RSS to Merchant Ag switch, a lead fixed asset overhaul to standardize tank management records, and formalized credit management workflows to manage past due accounts.
