The program included development of a dedicated ERP support organization and a formal transition plan to move design ownership into operational teams, with advisory oversight for organizational change management and IT handover. Operational coverage spanned finance, procurement and project management functions, bringing approximately 2,500 users into the new environment during rollout. An Enterprise Resources Planning Consultant operated in an advisory capacity, leading support organization design and the transition to production support. The implementation therefore positions Sparklight Oracle Cloud ERP ERP Financial to support accounting, procurement and financial planning business functions with governance centered on support structure and process transition.
