Operational coverage encompassed telesales, inbound contact center queues, and audit teams, enabling consolidated conversational insights where previously monitoring was incomplete. Governance changes centered on audit workflow standardization and operationalizing conversational insights within sales and contact center processes, producing a reported fivefold audit efficiency improvement. Spinny reported a 22 percent improvement in CSAT and approximately an 18 percent increase in hot-leads conversion following the Rezo Bot Builder deployment.
