In 2014, Splunk implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP. The deployment targeted ERP Financial capabilities to formalize FP&A budgeting and forecasting workflows and centralize financial controls.
Oracle NetSuite ERP was integrated with Host Analytics budgeting and forecasting software using Dell Boomi to synchronize planning inputs and actuals between FP&A and the general ledger. Configuration and customization work included journal approvals processing, procurement approvals processing, and consolidated foreign currency exchange rate automation to support multi currency consolidation. IT release management covered these ERP customizations, and the program supervised regression testing and escalation management for NetSuite upgrades.
Operational delivery was organized across onshore and offshore development teams with a senior business systems architect responsible for overall development and coordination. The implementation supervised business application support personnel and a layered analyst structure including junior and senior business analysts to manage ongoing changes and support requests. Coverage extended primarily to FP&A, accounting, and procurement functions.
Governance workflows were formalized through coordination with Splunk internal SOX compliance management to ensure consistency and reliability of IT application controls. Continuous release governance and regression testing processes were institutionalized to manage upgrade risk and maintain control over journal, procurement, and exchange rate automations.

The Exterro Zapproved ZDiscovery implementation centralized e-discovery and matter workflows, including legal hold orchestration, custodian notification and preservation tracking, collection intake and automated matter routing, plus review triage and reporting capabilities consistent with Legal Practice Management solutions. The platform was provisioned to operate alongside collaboration and ticketing tools used by the legal operations group such as Google Suite, Jira, SmartSheet and ServiceNow, enabling cross-functional workflows between legal, IT and records teams. Governance emphasized application administration, configuration ownership and iterative process alignment with the legal operations team as responsibilities evolved.
