The deployment architecture emphasized a centralized SAP ERP ECC 6.0 instance augmented by SAP Portal and Process Integration components to support role based access, integration orchestration and consolidated reporting. Program governance was organized around the business and IT platform transformation initiative, with cross functional ownership from Finance, Procurement, Service and HR to standardize processes and reporting under the SAP ERP ECC 6.0 implementation. Spotless Group SAP ERP ECC 6.0 ERP Financial supported a shift to a unified enterprise application platform, with ongoing support and change management managed through the TCS engagement.
