In 2020, SPX Flow implemented RadiusOne AR Suite as an AR Automation solution, deploying the HighRadius RadiusOne AR Suite on its public website to support accounts receivable operations. The deployment positioned RadiusOne AR Suite to provide a customer-facing invoice presentment and self-service payments layer while centralizing credit to cash orchestration within finance.
Configuration centered on modules and functional workflows typical of AR Automation, including invoice presentment and electronic payments, collections automation, cash application, and dispute management, with rule-based segmentation for collections workflows. RadiusOne AR Suite was configured to automate routine receivables tasks and standardize exception handling, reflecting common category capabilities for invoice lifecycle and cash application.
Operational ownership for the RadiusOne AR Suite implementation was assigned to finance, specifically accounts receivable, credit and collections, and shared services, with governance focused on standardized processes and centralized monitoring of exception workflows. Embedding RadiusOne AR Suite on SPX Flow’s website created a direct billing touchpoint for customers, linking customer self-service access to accounts receivable business function and enabling centralized administration of receivables workflows.

| SAP | Legacy | SAP SuccessFactors Compensation | Compensation Management | HCM | n/a | 2015 | 2015 |
In 2015, SPX Flow implemented SAP SuccessFactors Compensation to establish a centralized Compensation Management capability within its global HCM footprint. The SAP SuccessFactors Compensation deployment was executed as part of a full SuccessFactors HCM suite rollout to support strategic HR compensation processes across the enterprise.
The implementation included SAP SuccessFactors Compensation alongside Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Goal Management, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Recruiting Management and JAM. Configuration focused on compensation planning workflows, variable pay structures, calibration cycles and data models aligned to Compensation Management requirements. The program was instrumented to produce payroll-ready compensation data and to support periodic calibration and review cycles.
Integrations were implemented via Boomi, delivering 38 global interface files to synchronize compensation, employee and payroll data across systems. Operational coverage extended to global HR, talent and payroll functions, with Employee Central Payroll in the landscape to ensure compensation inputs flowed into payroll processing. Ongoing application management and technical support included internal teams, contractors and an outsourced IBM group based in the Philippines providing application management services.
Governance was formalized through a three year HR systems strategy, an HR process roadmap and HR system architecture under a central HRMS management function that managed both functional and technical application teams. The deployment included a stabilization sequence and post-deployment stabilization activities to support a corporate divestiture and the resulting payroll and interface transitions. The implementation produced explicit outcomes reported by SPX Flow, including a $2M savings on legacy software maintenance renewals and a successful payroll and interface transition for the spun entities.

| FinQuery, formerly LeaseQuery | Legacy | FinQuery | Lease Management | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2017 | 2017 |
In 2017 SPX Flow implemented FinQuery for Lease Management. The deployment is recorded in the LeaseQuery customer database and references the vendor now operating as FinQuery, formerly LeaseQuery. SPX Flow is a Professional Services company with approximately 3,900 employees and $1.5 billion in revenue, situating the implementation in a mid-market corporate finance context.
The FinQuery implementation was focused on core lease accounting and administration capabilities typical of Lease Management systems, including a centralized lease inventory, contract capture, lease classification, amortization and allocation schedules, and reporting and disclosure support aligned to ASC 842 and IFRS 16. Configuration work emphasized accounting calculation templates, lease term and payment profiles, and generation of audit-ready disclosure outputs. FinQuery was configured to act as the authoritative repository for lease contract data and accounting logic.
Operational scope covered corporate finance and accounting teams responsible for lease administration, with FinQuery used to manage real estate and equipment lease portfolios and to drive consistent lease recordkeeping across those business functions. The application supported journal entry generation and standardized lease reporting that finance and accounting stakeholders could consume for close and disclosure activities.
Governance and process changes included establishing lease data stewardship, role-based access controls, and standardized approval and accounting workflows to align lease administration with month-end close and disclosure processes. The implementation narrative highlights configuration and process standardization within FinQuery for Lease Management rather than named system integrations.
