In 2013 Spykar Lifestyles implemented Microsoft Dynamics AX as its ERP Financial system. The retail chain later evaluated BI options including Power BI and QlikView, but selected Zoho Analytics after a partner introduction at a Zoho event, and engaged Aarialife Technologies to run a trial and subsequent implementation.
Spykar configured Zoho Analytics to ingest and blend data from Microsoft Dynamics AX and its in house point of sales system, enabling real time data sync, themed dashboards, and user based access controls. The implementation emphasizes sales and inventory reporting capabilities, with Zoho Analytics configured to surface monthly online sales, primary and secondary sales, store by store daily performance, revenue contribution by store, and customer brand preference by region.
Technical integration work centered on continuous data synchronization from Microsoft Dynamics AX and the point of sales system into Zoho Analytics, and on data blending across multiple applications to produce unified dashboards. Operational coverage extends across retail stores, distributor and retailer inventory visibility, and regional sales analysis, supporting cross functional teams in merchandising, store operations, and sales planning.
Governance focused on secure collaboration through user based access, themed dashboards for role specific views, and a partner led rollout that began with a trial and moved to production after rapid validation. The team reported that Zoho Analytics produced visible real time insights within minutes of integration, and the solution is used continuously for both sales metric tracking and inventory level monitoring.
