Edenred Legacy Edenred Pay Invoice Automation (ex. IPS Productivity Wrx) AP Automation ERP n/a 2016 2016
In 2016, SRS Distribution implemented Edenred Pay Invoice Automation, also known historically as IPS Productivity Wrx, to address high-volume AP processing needs and to centralize AP Automation across its distribution network. The implementation targeted non inventory invoice workflows and centralized capture of supplier invoices that had been arriving by mail and shared email inboxes, with the objective of moving accounts payable away from manual data entry toward automated invoice processing and exception handling. The deployment configured core capabilities typical of AP Automation, including automated capture of emailed invoices, optical character recognition and data extraction, validation rules, duplicate detection, and configurable exception routing. The solution was set up to upload approved invoice data directly into the company ERP, and to digitally route invoices requiring review to branch managers or AP reviewers based on pre configured business rules, reducing manual touchpoints in invoice posting. Integrations included a direct data upload into SRS Distribution's DMSI Agility ERP platform, and the capture layer was connected to corporate and branch shared inboxes for email ingestion. Rollout activity documented in customer materials shows a significant training effort, with IPS training 400 branch and district managers via Zoom in the week prior to the noted production go live, enabling broad operational coverage across branches and districts. Governance and process redesign were implemented alongside the software, with business rules to prevent simultaneous work on the same invoice, to identify potential duplicate transactions before ERP entry, and to reroute approvals when branch managers were out of office. The configuration removed previous uncontrolled auto approvals by instituting review gates and exception workflows, shifting AP staff responsibilities from keying invoices to audit and exception resolution tasks. Outcomes recorded in the implementation narrative include elimination of a substantial portion of manual AP work, virtual elimination of invoice approval backlogs, improved duplicate detection and reviewer accountability, and higher user satisfaction during migration. Edenred Pay Invoice Automation, also referred to as IPS Productivity Wrx, provided SRS Distribution a governed, centralized AP Automation platform integrated with DMSI Agility ERP to support ongoing growth.

Optimizely Legacy Optimizely Search & Navigation (ex Episerver Find) Application, Web and Enterprise Search Content Management n/a 2022 2022
In 2022, SRS Distribution implemented Optimizely Search & Navigation (ex Episerver Find) on their public website. The deployment provides Application, Web and Enterprise Search functionality to centralize product discovery across the ecommerce catalog and site content. The implementation configures core modules including indexing and catalog ingestion, faceted navigation, autocomplete and query suggestions, relevance tuning and merchandising controls, and search analytics. Synonym management and query rules are used to standardize search behavior and improve recall. These modules align with common Optimizely Search & Navigation capabilities for web product search workflows. Search indexes are sourced from site product data and content feeds to power real-time search results and merchandising decisions. Operational ownership sits with ecommerce, merchandising and digital marketing teams responsible for taxonomy, rule sets and relevance governance. The solution surfaces search telemetry to merchants and content managers to drive iterative tuning. Governance includes workflow-based relevance tuning, controlled rule rollouts and periodic review of search analytics to align queries with merchandising objectives. The implementation emphasizes structured search governance and operational processes for query management and merchandising alignment.
