Governance and workflow restructuring centered on automating order and clearance tracking and formalizing handoffs between field crews and central operations teams, with rollout concentrated on Arizona field sites and inspection teams. SSP MIMS was restated as the operational system for maintenance management to ensure consistent data capture and inspection workflows across office and field personnel.
