In 2019, StackAdapt implemented YayPay by Quadient as an AR Automation solution to modernize accounts receivable operations. YayPay by Quadient delivered a customer-facing self service portal that provided access to current and past invoices, balance due updates and payment history, and enabled customers to communicate and pay directly through the portal.
Functional capabilities implemented included invoice presentment and archival, automated balance visibility, portal-based payment handling and embedded customer communication workflows. These modules centralized transaction and payment data and reduced manual posting and inquiry handling for accounts receivable and collections teams.
Operational scope covered accounts receivable, collections and customer support, giving the AR team a single, instantly accessible view of customer information. The deployment shifted routine inquiry resolution to customers via the portal, allowing AR staff to concentrate on collections strategy and exception management.
Reported outcomes from the implementation include increased on time payments, strengthened cash flow, reduced time spent on low value manual tasks and an improved AR team experience. Customers gained the ability to run their business and pay on their own time, which also improved the overall customer experience.

Configuration centers on standard Google Workspace Collaboration capabilities, including Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet, and Google Groups, with administrative controls surfaced through the Google Admin console. The implementation includes tenant organization structures and policy controls consistent with Collaboration usage, and leverages native platform features for account provisioning, access control, and device management.
Operationally the Google Workspace instance is used to orchestrate document workflows, shared file storage, and synchronous and asynchronous collaboration across internal teams, with identity and access governance administered through the workspace console.
