In 2019, Stanley Electric United States implemented ONEsLOGI Cloud WMS as its Warehouse Management platform when relocating North America operations to enable outsourced logistics. The project was delivered with LOGISTEED Solutions as vendor and Sunrise Ligistics participating as the system integrator, aligning the cloud WMS with a move to third party logistics for North America.
ONEsLOGI Cloud WMS was configured to support lot management and automated document issuance, and the implementation included workflow automation to remove duplicate manual entry across warehouse and shipping processes. Configuration work focused on inventory control, lot traceability, and automated document generation for outbound shipments, using standard Warehouse Management functional flows to orchestrate picking, packing, and shipment handoffs.
The WMS was integrated with Microsoft Dynamics GP using HULFT as middleware, and point to point carrier integrations were established with FedEx and UPS to automate label generation and electronic shipping notifications. These integrations linked warehouse execution with core ERP financial and order data and with carrier systems for transportation execution, enabling data exchange between the outsourced logistics provider and Stanley Electric United States.
Governance and rollout centralized warehouse transaction processing and restructured operational handoffs to the outsourced logistics partner, with Sunrise Ligistics supporting implementation and cutover activities. The implementation reduced system and operational costs by eliminating duplicate data entry and automating document issuance and lot management, as reported in the vendor interview describing the deployment of ONEsLOGI Cloud WMS.
