The deployment consolidated hiring and rostering functionality into one easy to use platform, providing organization wide visibility into workforce status across multiple sites.
Humanforce Ento Onboarding and Workflows was configured to deliver a fully digital onboarding process, including electronic handling of contracts, policies and qualification records via Ento’s onboarding and workflows feature. The solution included user friendly drag and drop roster configuration and rule based roster cost calculation that automated administrative tasks and reduced manual HR processing.
Deployment accounted for award specific rostering rules, Ento’s Technical Solutions team managed the implementation end to end to encode the Fitness Industry Award complexity into roster calculations. The completed configuration provides complete transparency across locations and instant insights into workforce deployment and roster costs, supporting labour budgeting and compliance oversight.
Operational scope covers HR onboarding, rostering and compliance across State Swim locations, enabling faster onboarding and reducing time spent on administrative tasks for contracts and qualifications.
