Epicor Legacy Epicor ERP 10 ERP Financial ERP n/a 2018 2018
In 2018, Stellar Industries implemented Epicor ERP 10 as part of an ERP Financial initiative to modernize its flagship enterprise suite, targeting improved ease-of-use and faster time-to-benefit across finance, sales, and engineering workflows. The rollout centered on Epicor ERP 10 and associated middleware components to re-implement the enterprise suite architecture and operational integrations. The deployment used Epicor ERP 10 version 10.2.300.x and included configuration of core financials alongside CRM and order/quote management capabilities. Custom applications were developed using C#, Business Process Management artifacts, and Dashboards to automate workflows and surface operational insights. Reporting was migrated from Crystal Reports to SQL Server Reporting Services, and all SQL databases plus multiple application and task servers were constructed and maintained as part of the technical stack. Integrations included customer and distributor configurators implemented with KBMax, which connect to Epicor 10 CRM and Order/Quote Management through REST services to fast-track sales orders and quotes. The architecture relied on middleware-based service integration and REST endpoints to orchestrate configurator data into quoting and order processes within Epicor ERP 10. Governance and operational changes accompanied the technical work, with training for R&D and product management on a value stream based SDLC and adoption coaching for SCRUM, Lean, and Kanban practices. A tiered engineering support model and lifecycle management processes were implemented, and project ownership covered budgeting, forecasting, and organizational re-organization responsibilities, delivering the intended streamlined workflows and reduced time-to-benefit described in project notes.

iCIMS Legacy iCIMS Recruit Applicant Tracking System Applicant Tracking System HCM n/a 2016 2016
In 2016, Stellar Industries implemented iCIMS Recruit Applicant Tracking System as their Applicant Tracking System and embedded it on their public careers website to manage external hiring flows. The deployment centers on the iCIMS-hosted careers portal integration that captures applicant submissions and routes candidate records into the iCIMS Recruit application for downstream processing. The iCIMS Recruit Applicant Tracking System configuration supports standard ATS capabilities including job requisition publishing, candidate apply workflows, resume parsing, configurable applicant stages, interview scheduling workflows, and offer coordination, all aligned with corporate recruiting operations for Stellar Industries. Integration is explicitly tied to the company careers site, where job postings and application forms surface directly from iCIMS Recruit, and operational ownership resides with Talent Acquisition and HR teams managing manufacturing and technical hiring. Governance appears to follow typical ATS practices with requisition approval flows, recruiter and hiring manager access controls, and staged candidate pipelines implemented within iCIMS Recruit to standardize hiring processes.

The Microsoft 365 deployment emphasized core Collaboration capabilities including enterprise email, team chat and meetings, document coauthoring, and cloud file storage, reflecting common services such as Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business. Configuration work focused on centralized identity and access controls, tenant-level external sharing policies and role-based provisioning to meet corporate IT requirements. Automation of collaboration workflows and content lifecycle controls was applied to standardize cross-functional document processes. Operational coverage targeted corporate functions including finance, engineering, manufacturing operations and field-facing teams across the United States, with IT maintaining centralized administration and tenant governance.
