The implementation leveraged standard Audio Video and Web Conferencing capabilities in Cisco Webex Meetings, including real-time HD audio and video, screen sharing, meeting recording, host controls, participant management, and web-based meeting join and registration flows. Cisco Webex Meetings was deployed as a cloud-hosted meeting layer embedded into site pages, enabling browser-based access without a separate desktop application for external participants.
